Obituary
L.C. Ruffin was born on April 15, 1939 to the late Lawrence Ruffin, Sr. and the late Edna Ruffin.
L.C. departed this life on October 18, 2021.
He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Gilfield Baptist Church, and was a member until his death.
L.C. leaves to cherish his memory: his loving daughter, Bonnie (Derrick) Hudson of Lisman, Alabama; two (2) grandchildren, Tina (Byron) Coleman and Jesse Thompson, Jr., both of Lisman, Alabama; three great-grandchildren, Kiara, Javontae and Shardanae; five (5) great-great grandchildren, Ke’zyon, Londyn, Serenete’, Ryeleigh and Jai’ana; one (1) sister, Rosie R. Harris; four (4) brothers, Lawrence Ruffin, Jr., Ray Charles Ruffin, Eddie Ruffin and David Ruffin. He also leaves to cherish his memory, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
L.C. was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Ruffin, Sr. and Edna Ruffin; one (1) sister, Dorothy McRae; three (3) brothers, Bennie Ruffin, Collie C. Ruffin and Richard Ruffin.
