Johnny Andrew Brooks

Johnny Andrew Brooks transitioned in life Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020. He was born August 18, 1961, in Choctaw County, AL to Susie Thomas.

He gave his life to God at an early age. He also was a man of many talents and of strong conviction. Johnny quickly took to woodworking, understanding the mechanical workings of cars, and exploring his musical interests as well.

His talents made him a prime candidate for a long career at Peavy Electronics, where he managed lines for multiple departments 20 + years until its closing.

To his core he was a family man, who took great pride in his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his twin brother, his Mother Susie, his Sister Sarah, Stepfather James Brooks and Stepson Alexis Roberts; Maternal Grandparents – Alfred Thomas & Louisiana Whitfield; Paternal Grand Parents – Frank Ezell & Myrtle Chaney.
