A TIME TO BE BORN: Sister Franklin was born September 4, 1930 to the late Major and Geneva Hall in Meridian, Mississippi.
A TIME TO LOVE: Sister Franklin was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Alonzo Franklin, Jr. for 54 years. She leaves to cherish her fondest memories: two sons and two daughters, George Franklin of Hueytown, Alabama; Carolyn (Johnny) Brown of Meridian, Mississippi; Melvin (Deborah) Franklin of Pushmataha, Alabama; Kathy (Hue) Holoway of Elyria, Ohio.
A TIME TO BUILD: Sister Franklin attended Meridian Public Schools.
A TIME TO WORK: Sister Franklin work experience included being an agent for Christian Burial Insurance Company and James River Corporation.

HER LEGACY: Sister Franklin enjoyed being with her family, sewing, reading, and working in her yard. She was a woman who lived by a very strong code of ethics founded on Biblical principles, and the teachings of Jesus Christ.
A TIME TO REMEMBER: She leaves to cherish her memories: one brother, John L. Williams, Sr. of Compton, California; one sister, Velma Bagley of Mount Vernon, New York; seven (7) grandchildren and six (6) great-grandchildren; and a host of family members and friends.
