Daniel Wallace Obituary

Deacon Daniel Wallace was born in Pushmataha, Alabama on July 27, 1949 to the late Deacon Rufus Wallace, Sr. and the late Willie Jane Knighton Wallace.

He accepted Christ at an early age at the Mt. Nebo Baptist Church. Throughout his life, he remained a faithful member and devoted his skills to helping others and serving the church, until his health began to fail.

He departed his eternal life on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. Daniel was preceded in death by one brother, one sister, and one son.

He leaves to cherish his memories: two (2) daughters, Brenda Reed, Whynot, Mississippi; Priscilla Rackley, Butler, Alabama; seven (7) grandchildren; two (2) brothers, Rufus Wallace, Jr., Cleveland, Ohio; Samuel (Betty) Wallace, Pushmataha, Alabama; three (3) sisters, Betty Wallace, Cleveland, Ohio; Quintella Coleman, Jachin, Alabama; Fannie (Donald) Leverett, Yantley, Alabama; devoted friends, Ruby Rogers, Judy McKenzie and Melvin Harris; cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
