He accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age. On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at the age of 76 years old, Uriah entered eternal rest and went home to be with the Lord. Uriah was kind, selfless, and went above and beyond for those he loved and cared for. His favorite scripture that he use to always tell us to read it out loud 10 times, Psalm 23. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. He was a Saints fan from when they wore the brown paper bags. You couldn’t tell him nothing about them Saints, Win or lose. “WHO DAT SAYS THEY GONE BEATH THEM SAINTS”.
