Coral Lee (Causey) Nelson

Sister Coral Causey Nelson was born November 9, 1964 to the late Johnny Causey and Audrey L. Causey.  She departed this life on February 12, 2022. 

She joined the Shady Grove Baptist Church at an early age.  She was united in marriage to Brother Lester Nelson.

Sister Nelson preceded in death by her father, Johnny Causey and mother Audrey L. Causey; her grandmothers:  Fannie McDonald and Eliza Causey; grandfathers:  Roosevelt Causey and Carlton Hill; her sister Agatha Causey Powe; her niece Nuria Mason.

Leaving to cherish her memories are her husband, Lester Nelson; one son, Shaun (Natasha) Causey; grandchildren, Amari Causey, Anilyn Campbell, and Zavior Causey; step grandson, Isaiah Rogers; stepmother, Clidy Causey; five sisters, Fannie (Ruben) McGrew, Charity (Michael) Gray, Angela (Tracy) McGrew, Robia (Ladell) Mason, and Carla (Eric) Hicks; four brothers, James Causey, Ron (Sjolanda) Causey, Andre (Pamela) Causey, and Carl (Cassandra) Causey; two step brothers, Clayton (Markethia) Davis, Jr., Fredrick (Stacey) Davis; two step sisters, Vicky Davis, Tashana Davis; mother-in-law, Delsena (Charles) Philon; six brothers-in-law, Clarence Nelson, Glenn Mason, Anthony (Tamela) Mason, Ladell (Robia) Mason, Terrence (Barbara) McGrew, and Timothy Powe; two sisters-in-law, Veronica Miller, Quanalisa McGrew; nine aunts, six uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and two devoted nephews Toot and Shamarr.
