Lovelle Bush “Bill” Sr. was born November 13, 1947 in Lisman, Alabama to the union of Tobe Bush Sr. (deceased) and Mary Emma Bush (deceased).

Lovelle attended Choctaw County High School in Lisman, Alabama and graduated in 1966.  In 1970, he moved to Cleveland, Ohio.  He married Giftha Mae Beck in 1971.  They were married for fourteen years.  They welcomed three children into their union.

Lovelle worked at Ford Motor Company for 24 years.  He received recognitions, awards and perfect attendance consistently for his hard work and dedication to his job.  He retired June of 1996.  After retiring he moved back to his hometown Lisman, Alabama that same year.

Lovelle became a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church and also joined the choir which he loved.  He also started working at Hayden and Butler Funeral Home as a part-time job.  He love to be outdoors in his garden and doing yard work.  But his favorite thing to do was just sit on his porch and relax.  He new how to brighten your day and make you smile or laugh.  He was a laid back, genuine and outgoing person.  He enjoyed his life to the fullest with family and friends.

Lovelle sadly departed November 4, 2017 surrounded by loved ones.  He was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.  It was a pleasure to have him in our lives.  He will be truly missed.
