Reginald Deon Dixon

Mr. Reginald (Scooby) D Dixon Sr. was blessed with life beginning February 17, 1972 in Thomasville, Alabama to Mrs. Sandra Diane Charleston and Mr. Matthew Dixon.  He passed away on October 16, 2017 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, Mississippi.  He confessed to Christ at an early age and joined St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church and later joined Christian Fellowship Baptist Church, where he remained a member until his death.  Bro Reginald Dixon was preceded in death by his grand parents Percy and Sandy Lockett and one brother-in-law Frederick LaShawn Curtis.

He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife Angela Dixon of Yantley, Alabama, three children: Two sons Marcus Curtis of Augusta, GA., and Reginald D. Dixon Jr. of Meridian, MS., One daughter: Little Miss Amber L. Dixon of Yantley, Alabama, Mother Sandra (Dad Cleavester) Charleston of Demopolis, AL, Father: Matthew (Terry) Dixon of Pushmataha, AL., Two sisters, one very devoted Kimberly (Anthony) Johnson of Tuscaloosa, AL. and Shelia (Ronald) Gamble of Nanafalia, AL., five brothers, CleDeShawn (Tara) Charleston, Bryant Charleston both of Demopolis, AL., Cornelius Dixon of Birmingham, AL., Jeffery Quinney and Walter Hampton both of Tuscaloosa, AL., a devoted mother-in-law Fannie (Samuel) Jenkin, Yantley, AL. Six sisters-in-law: Cheryl (Green) Keeton Yantley, AL., Servena Osby, Tyria (Joe) Johnson, Sheilah Wheeler all of Meridian, MS., one brother-in-law Robert Harbin of Atlanta, GA., father-in-law Robert (Bettye) Curtis of Meridian, MS., two aunts: Barbara (Edward) McIntosh of Sweetwater, AL. and Onnie (Lindsey) Dudley of Tuscaloosa, AL. four uncles: Percy (Nettie Pearl) Lockett, Jimmy Lockett both of Sweetwater, AL., Kuniki Lockett of Atlanta, GA., and Marvin (Stacy) Lockett of Huntsville, AL. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
